Preparation
Bring 1 cup millet, 4 cups liquid and a pinch of salt to a boil. Reduce heat,simmer covered 15-20 minutes; fluff with a fork. For a creamier cereal: use 5 cups liquid to 1 cup millet. Simmer covered 30-45 minutes.
Yield: about 3/4 cup per 1/4 cup uncooked millet.
