Tickets are priced per person. Make use of your stockpot this winter with a cooking class all about vegetarian soups! You'll learn every step for transforming peak-season produce into three different kinds of hearty soups that you can enjoy all season long. Discover techniques for cooking vegetables to perfection and infusing global flavors into soups to elevate them to main course status.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
