Description
Tickets are priced per person. Expand your at-home dinner repertoire! In this cooking class all about weeknight meals, our instructors will guide you through a menu of three main courses. You’ll learn to mix marinades for simple sheet-pan preparations, practice the timing for oven-roasting proteins and veggies together, and try your hand at developing a rich and creamy risotto in under 30 minutes. The skills you learn in class form a foundation for making all kinds of simple, flavorful meals from scratch.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
