Description
Tickets are priced per person. Prepare for busy winter evenings by making and freezing a classic lasagna! In this cooking class, youll learn how to craft two types of lasagna from the thin sheets of pasta to a creamy bechamel. Youll knead, roll and cut the dough using a pasta maker, mix up flavorful sauces from scratch, and assemble a traditional and vegetarian take. At the end of class, youll take home two mini lasagnas to freeze, bake and enjoy when you need it most.
Contains pork, dairy and eggs.
About the instructor: Our seasoned instructors and chefs have been chosen to be a part of PCC Cooks because of their culinary expertise and sincere enthusiasm and talent for teaching.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date.
