Description
Tickets are priced per person. Winter in the Northwest means local greens are the go-to veggie. In this cooking class, our instructor will explore ways to balance the hearty flavors and textures of peak-season greens. Whip up a honey-sweetened vinaigrette to dress bitter radicchio, mellow tender rapini by simmering it in a soup, and make the most of mustard greens by pairing them with luscious eggs. You’ll be eating greens for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
About the instructor: Our seasoned instructors and chefs have been chosen to be a part of PCC Cooks because of their culinary expertise and sincere enthusiasm and talent for teaching.
