Description

The dark and rainy winter months can take a toll on the psyche. The good news is that diet can have a powerful effect on mood and energy! Michelle will discuss the gut-brain connection and how your microbiome influences mood and behavior. Find out which foods can help address depression, restore vitality, and re-establish balance in the body. In this cook-along class you'll savor Lentil Bolognese over Baked Yams and Lettuce-less Salad with Creamy Cilantro-Lime Dressing.

Vegan and gluten-free.
