Prepare your appetite for a date night cooking class where youll learn to make stuffed pasta at home. With our expert chef as your guide, you and your partner will practice traditional methods for mixing dough before kneading and rolling into thin sheets, ready to be formed into tortellini and agnolotti. Youll learn to create fillings from scratch, brown butter for sauces, and explore the art of balancing bitter greens for a side salad pairing.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
