Spice up date night with a cooking class featuring your favorite food truck eats: tacos! Our expert chef will show you and your partner how to recreate authentic and craveable birria street tacos any night. You’ll learn to craft soft corn tortillas from scratch, roast late-summer produce for bright salsa, grill corn for a smoky salad, and braise beef seasoned with chiles, citrus and spices until tender-as-can-be.
