2017-2018 Board of Trustees

A board elected by the Active Membership directs PCC. Each trustee serves a three-year term, with three positions open for election each year. A trustee may serve no more than three consecutive elected terms. Two additional trustees may be appointed by the Board of Trustees for a one-year term. An appointed trustee may serve no more than two consecutive appointed terms. For more information please see Section 3.4 of PCC’s Bylaws.

Brad Brown

Appointed by the board in 2017 for first, one-year term. Committees: Audit and Finance Committee. Retired Senior Vice President, Digital Retail, at REI with responsibility for the co-operative’s digital businesses. Career spanning over 40 years of retail leadership in information technology and e-commerce. Currently serves on the Board of UW Medical Center and Asheville Farmstead School with prior experience governing nonprofits. Known for his ability to lead teams through complex challenges and constant change. Avid cyclist, hiker, alpine skier and traveler. Issaquah shopper.

Alice Cho Snyder

Licensed CPA and founder of Financial Fitness Coach, LLC working with small local businesses. Helps to run small organic family farm in the Snohomish Valley. Volunteers at Mt. Rainier National Park. Recently retired executive leader and General Counsel for REI, the largest consumer co-operative in the U.S. Former member of REI’s board of directors (8 years). Over 25 years of experience as General Counsel, including international business development and operations. Current and prior service on several nonprofit boards of directors and involvement with policy issues affecting public recreational lands. Enjoys cycling, hiking and traveling. Fremont shopper.
