2018-2019 Board of Trustees

A board elected by the Active Membership directs PCC. There are up to 9 elected and up to 2 appointed trustees, with elected trustees serving up to a maximum of three consecutive three-year terms and appointed trustees serving a maximum of two consecutive one-year terms. Brad Brown

First appointed to the Board in 2017. Current term expires 2019.
Committees: Audit and Finance (chair), Management Development and Compensation.

Retired Senior Vice President, Digital Retail, of REI with responsibility for the co-operative’s digital businesses. Career spanning over 40 years of retail leadership in information technology and e-commerce. Currently serves on the Board of UW Medical Center and Asheville Farmstead School with prior experience governing nonprofits. Known for his ability to lead teams through complex challenges and constant change. Avid cyclist, hiker, alpine skier and traveler. Issaquah shopper.

Tania DePue

Has served on the Board since 2016. Current term expires 2019.

Retired supply chain program manager. Enjoys gardening, home improvement projects and cooking. Keen interest in environmental and social responsibility issues. Issaquah and Redmond shopper.

Alice Cho Snyder

Has served on the Board since 2016. Current term expires 2019.

Licensed CPA and founder of Financial Fitness Coach, LLC, working with small local businesses. Helps to run small organic family farm in the Snohomish Valley. Volunteers at Mt. Rainier National Park. Enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with family and friends over good meals. View Ridge shopper.

Recently retired executive leader and General Counsel for REI, the largest consumer co-operative in the U.S. Former member of REI’s board of directors (8 years). Over 25 years of experience as General Counsel, including international business development and operations. Current and prior service on several nonprofit boards of directors and involvement with policy issues affecting public recreational lands. Enjoys cycling, hiking and traveling. Fremont shopper.
