2026-2027 Board of Trustees

A board elected by the Active Membership directs PCC. The board is comprised of up to 13 trustees. Trustees are elected for three-year terms, and the board has the authority to appoint individuals to fill vacancies on the board. Elected trustees may serve up to a maximum of three consecutive three-year terms. For more information please see Section 3.4 of PCC’s Bylaws.

Cindy Bolton

Cindy Bolton

Elected to the Board in 2019. Current term expires 2028.

Cindy has been a PCC member for over 20 years and chair of PCC’s Audit & Finance Committee for the past 3 years. She brings 25+ years of leadership experience in strategy, finance, and operations in global, startup, and nonprofit organizations and has been the Chief Financial Officer at Seattle Art Museum since 2016. She is passionate about community-oriented organizations and is also Board Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for KEXP and Board Vice Chair and Audit & Finance Committee Chair for AAA-Washington. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys hanging out with her two teenagers (when they let her) and is an avid live music fan.

Will Daugherty

Will Daugherty

Elected to the Board in 2025. Current term expires 2028.

President and CEO of Pacific Science Center. Values-driven leader deeply committed to serving the community. Passionate about equity, sustainability, and healthy food systems. Professional highlights include organizational transformation at PacSci, making DEI central to all of PacSci’s work, and more than 30 years of executive leadership including at Amazon, Expedia and McKinsey. Strategic thinker who leads with curiosity, an understanding of the innovation economy, an aptitude for constructive disruption, and a heart for service. Board service includes BECU (a member-owned co-op), KEXP, Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center, and Downtown School. Avid backpacker, dog lover, and budding organic farmer.

Rodney Hines

Rodney Hines

Elected to the Board in 2021. Current term expires 2027.

CEO/Chief Mission Guy for Metier Brewing Company, established 2018. Champions businesses to measure success through both profitability and civic responsibility. Served as Director of Social Impact at Starbucks, and Executive Director of the Starbucks Foundation. His 30-plus-year career spans corporate, public policy and nonprofit leadership roles. Currently serves on community advisory councils for both SAM and Seattle University, and advises local corporations in their philanthropic and community investment efforts. Avid cyclist and explorer.

Megan Karch

Megan Karch

Elected to the Board in 2020. Current term expires 2029.

Megan is the current President and CEO of IslandWood, a nonprofit environmental education organization. Her career spans more than 30 years of leadership positions, including five years as CEO of IslandWood, 18 years as CEO of FareStart and 12 years as a VP at Humanim in Maryland. Megan currently serves on the board of the Downtown Seattle Association, with past board positions at multiple organizations in the region. Known for her social enterprise experience. Avid hiker, alpine skier and sailor.

Alissa Leinonen

Alissa Leinonen

Elected to the Board in 2026. Current term expires 2029.

Alissa is the Founder and CEO of Gourmondo Co., a Seattle-based food company she built over 30 years into one of the largest women-owned hospitality businesses in the PNW, serving large, complex organizations across the Puget Sound region. She brings deep expertise in food systems, operations, finance, branding and packaging, labor strategy, and supply chain management, with hands-on experience leading values-driven growth and navigating periods of rapid change. Alissa’s leadership has been recognized with multiple regional and national awards for entrepreneurship, business growth, and corporate philanthropy. Alissa lives in Seattle with her husband Tom and is a proud mom and stepmom of three wonderful kids.

Laurae McIntyre

LAURAE MCINTYRE

Elected to the Board in 2021. Current term expires 2027.

PCC member since the 1980s, UFCW Local 21 union leader and current Fremont PCC courtesy clerk. Helps train courtesy clerks at her PCC location. Spent a decade managing and facilitating meditation and yoga retreats in South India and across the United States, and ran a small business. Her perspective is shaped by one-on-one interactions with customers and working with fellow teammates.

Angela Owen

Angela Owen

Elected to the Board in 2019. Current term expires 2028. Current board chair.

Angela is an experienced omni-channel retail executive with a background in merchandising and marketing for mission-driven specialty outdoor and pet brands. A PCC Trustee since 2019 and current chairperson of the Board. Angela has extensive experience in retail strategy, category management, and customer experience. She has held leadership roles at REI Co-op and startups in the e-commerce and pet care industries. Additionally, Angela has served on the boards of Destination Pet and the non-profit Conservation Alliance. She enjoys cooking and traveling.

Donna Rasmussen

Donna Rasmussen

Elected to the Board in 2021. Current term expires 2027.

Currently works at View Ridge PCC and is an active member of union UFCW Local 21. Passionate about fair trade, gender and racial equity, affordable housing, and community living. Her family has lived in a co-op community for 10 years, where she holds a position in community leadership. Enjoys learning new skills, kayaking, laughter, meditating and walks with the family dog.

Joe Rogoff

Joe Rogoff

Elected to the Board in 2024. Current term expires 2027.

Joe brings more than 40 years of experience in and a passion for natural and organic foods. He served as Vice President, both in Merchandising and Operations, for Whole Foods Market in Northern California, before serving as Regional President for Whole Foods in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, and retiring in 2016. In those roles, he oversaw merchandising, customer service, community relations and all aspects of operations. Today, he advises the board of a California food co-op, serves as an elected representative for the Municipal Advisory Council of Sonoma County, and chairs the Trust Protector Committee of the Perpetual Purpose Trust (owners of Organically Grown Company). He enjoys music, gardening, hiking and traveling with his wife and dog.

Errol Schweizer

Errol Schweizer

Elected to the Board in 2026. Current term expires 2029.

Errol has over 30 years of experience in the food industry and was VP of Grocery for Whole Foods from 2009 to 2016. His team grew sales to over $5 billion by supporting thousands of new products. He was awarded a NOSH Top 50 grocery industry award in 2023, a Retail Game-changer award from Supermarket News and a Lifetime Achievement Award from Hemp Industries Association. He has been a board member, advisor and co-founder to over a dozen “better for you” CPG companies and independent and cooperative grocers. He writes for Forbes and publishes The Checkout Grocery Update.

Krish Srinivasan

Appointed as ex officio member in 2022. Term runs with term as CEO.

PCC Community Markets CEO since January 2022 and CFO from 2018 to 2022. As co-op CFO, helped navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and supported growth with four new locations. With 25 years leadership experience, built the finance infrastructure and world class finance teams at Remitly and Lyft. Held leadership positions at Amazon and Microsoft driving a range of strategic endeavors. Serves as Treasurer on the board of Splash International, a local nonprofit. Passion for food, music and the great outdoors.
