Ingredients

rolled oats, rolled wheat, rolled rye, date pieces, raisins, toasted almonds, roasted hazelnuts, roasted walnuts, raw sunflower seeds

Preparation

Cover muesli with hot or cold liquid; let sit for 5 mins. To cook, add 1/2 cup muesli to 1 cup water & a pinch of salt. Simmer covered for about 5 mins.

Yield: about 1/2 cup per 1/4 cup dry cereal

Comment

Generally eaten uncooked, it is more digestible if soaked for at least a few minutes, you may also cook it for a hot cereal.
