Description
Spice up weeknight dinners with a cooking class that captures the flavors of a night out in Bangkok! You’ll practice knife skills, stir-frying and seasoning sauces as you prepare an elegant Thai feast, complete with dessert. Along the way, our instructor will walk you through the five major tastes of the region’s cuisine — sweet, salty, bitter, sour and spicy — and give tips for achieving the proper balance of flavors.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
