Expand your repertoire of weeknight meals in this cooking class on quick and easy Japanese noodle dishes. You’ll practice preparing different entrees using ingredients like miso, soy sauce and bok choy to capture the flavors of the region, all while balancing taste, texture and timing. Learn the secrets to mixing marinades, pick up tips for cooking salmon that’s tender and flaky, and hone your knife skills as you clean and chop different veggies and garnishes. By the end of class, you’ll be ready to turn out these memorable recipes with ease.
