Description
Learn to make a beloved breakfast staple at home in this baking class! In less than two hours you’ll mix, form, boil and bake a dozen bagels from scratch. You’ll also explore overnight fermentation methods for when you have more prep time. Bagels and spreads belong together, so you’ll also learn to infuse cream cheese with flavorful savory ingredients to take your schmear to the next level.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
