Description
Tickets are priced per person. Get cozy in the kitchen with that special someone as you create an Italian feast together! In this date night cooking class, you’ll get hands-on experience searing a steak using cast iron, learn techniques for achieving the desired creamy consistency for risotto, and practice making a rich chocolate budino without splitting or overheating. By the end you’ll have collected tips and tricks that’ll help you recreate the entire menu at home.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
