Tickets are priced per person. Achieve your new year’s goal of becoming a home chef! In this cooking class, you’ll master skills that translate across numerous dishes. Perfect the ratio of oil to vinegar for a balanced salad dressing, try your hand at stirring and slowly adding hot broth to get the desired creamy texture on risotto, and discover the secrets to a fluffy soufflé. You’ll leave class confident to take on the kitchen for weeknight meals and more.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
