Tickets are priced per person. Explore ways to eat peak-season citrus through Mediterranean fare! In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to brighten weeknights, from your main course to dessert. Practice roasting chicken with oranges, balance bitter winter greens with citrus, and squeeze sunshine into a rich olive oil cake with sweet Meyer lemons.
