Description
Tickets are priced per person. No dish embodies holiday brunch like eggs benedict! In this cooking class, our instructor will uncover the elusive technique for a perfectly poached egg that’s on par with your favorite restaurant. In addition to the customary Canadian bacon, you’ll explore ways to take your benedict to the next level by crafting a delectable crab cake variation. Finally, you’ll learn how to make an exquisite hollandaise sauce without whipping up an accidental scramble.
Contains shellfish and eggs.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
