Description
Tickets are priced per person. Escape the dreary weather with a meal straight out of Tuscany! In this date night cooking class, you’ll learn how to transform simple ingredients — chicken, winter greens, seasonal fruit and more — into an elevated dinner. Together, you’ll learn to keep chicken juicy while roasting, whip up a bright vinaigrette for dressing salad, achieve the perfect luscious panna cotta texture, and craft a compote from scratch. These recipes and skills will take you through the Northwest winter and beyond.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
