Description
Tickets are priced per person. Nothing says date night like handmade gnocchi! In this cooking class, our instructor will walk you through the ins and outs of making these fluffy Italian dumplings. You’ll learn techniques for creating two types of gnocchi dough, from kneading to shaping and cutting each bite by hand. To round out your meal, you’ll craft a refreshing winter salads and classic sauces. Plus, we’ll give you tips for how to freeze your gnocchi for an easy date night any day of the week.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
