Description
Tickets are priced per person. Evoke winter nights in Pairs with a date night cooking class! Our instructor will teach you and your partner the skills you need to recreate a Bistro-style meal. You’ll practice searing steak in a skillet, preparing a pan sauce with red wine, balancing bitter winter greens for a refreshing salad and whipping up a silky custard for a luxurious brûlée. After class, pick up your favorite French wines for your next date night at home.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
