Description
Tickets are priced per person.Bring the heart of the Alps home with an Oktoberfest cooking class! You’ll learn how to recreate classic Bavarian fare for your next fall dinner party. Try your hand at pounding, breading and pan-frying pork cutlets for a sought-after golden schnitzel. To pair, you’ll whip up a perfectly balanced vinaigrette for a bright seasonal salad and achieve a creamy polenta. After class, you’ll be ready to say, “Prost!”

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
