Description
Tickets are priced per person. Add spice to weeknight dinners with a cooking class that celebrates North African flavors! Our instructor will teach you to recreate authentic Moroccan fare at home. You’ll learn to braise chicken, toast and blend spices to create an authentic seasoning blend, whip up fluffy couscous, and put together a refreshing salad. To round it out, you’ll prepare a scratch-made yeasted dough for a handmade flatbread.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
