In this cooking class, our expert chef will walk you through the ins and outs of pasta-making. You’ll learn techniques for creating the ideal smooth-stretchy dough, from kneading to rolling out thin sheets. Elevate your knife skills as you practice cutting classic pasta. To round out your meal, you’ll explore simple ways to elevate peak-season produce through sauces, salads and more.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
