Celebrate German culture with a cooking class on crafting authentic Oktoberfest fare! You'll practice every step for achieving Bavarian pretzels’ signature golden crust and chewy texture, from proofing and rolling to shaping and baking. To complement your pretzels, you’ll sauté aromatics for cheese fondue with surprising depth of flavor. And for a filling main, you’ll gently cook apples and fry bacon to combine with sauerkraut as a pairing for German bratwurst.

Class notes
- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
