Restaurant-quality pizza can be made at home in this cooking class well show you how! Youll start from scratch with lessons on leavening, shaping,and proofing dough for your base. Youll practice seasoning red and cream-based sauces and play with flavorful topping combinations of peak-season vegetables, cheese and proteins. To round things out, our expert chefs will teach you how to get the most out of your oven: you'll learn about pizza stones, getting the heat just right, and achieving a blistered crust and bubbling cheese every time.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
