Add spice to date night with a cooking class that celebrates North African flavors! Our expert chef will teach you and your partner the skills to recreate authentic Moroccan fare at home. You’ll learn to braise chicken, toast and blend spices to create a fresh and authentic seasoning blend, and whip up light and fluffy couscous. For dessert, you’ll prepare a scratch-made almond cake that’s a versatile foundation for all kinds of flavorful variations.

- This is a hands-on format class for adults. Age 21 and over.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
