Opposition to Monsanto Supreme Court Petition

PCC signed on to a letter opposing Monsanto’s petition to the Supreme Court requesting a review of the California court case Monsanto Company v. Hardeman, which found in favor of the plaintiffs that Round Up can cause cancer.

Monsanto petitioning the Supreme Court over the California court ruling is an attempt to escape accountability that glyphosate and Round Up can cause cancer. Read more about the case against Monsanto here.
