- 2 tangerines, segmented
- 1 cup frozen carrots
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4-inch piece peeled and smashed ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Sweetener of choice (honey, agave, etc.), to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve.
