Super Winter Orange Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with vitamins A and C and will help boost your immunity during the colder months.

Ingredients

  • 2 tangerines, segmented
  • 1 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4-inch piece peeled and smashed ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Sweetener of choice (honey, agave, etc.), to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve.
