- 3 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 6 to 8 ice cubes or 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 8 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend or puree on the appropriate setting until smooth and creamy.
