Christina was born and raised in Hong Kong, where she learned to cook from her grandparents. She studied Japanese cooking in Tokyo and French cooking at Le Cordon Bleu Japan. She also took courses at the Culinary Institute of America and taught Chinese cooking classes. Having lived and traveled abroad for many years, she has been inspired by many different cuisines.
