PCC Community Markets has given notice under the PCC Bylaws, Section 6.4, that it will transfer the proprietary interest of inactive members listed below to PCC, unless by October 21, 2026, a member either uses their membership to purchase qualifying goods at any PCC Community Markets store or gives written notice of objection to the transfer.

Any inactive member listed below who wishes to object to this transfer must do so in writing, with notice received on or before October 21, 2026, sent to the following address:
