Description
Tickets are priced per person. Experience a taste of Pakistan in this cooking class as you make iconic dishes that celebrate traditional flavors. Learn to fry onions until golden for a lentil and rice pilaf and practice prepping and chopping veggies as you make a classic kachumber salad. You’ll also mix, shape and fry potato patties for bun kabab, a popular Pakistani street food, and prepare two chutneys to accompany the entire spread. Along the way you’ll learn to blend spices and herbs to faithfully recreate the region’s flavors.
About the instructor: Our seasoned instructors and chefs have been chosen to be a part of PCC Cooks because of their culinary expertise and sincere enthusiasm and talent for teaching.

- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes.
