Description
Ages 12 to 16 Explore the diverse cuisines of Morocco, Japan, Italy, Mexico, and Brazil while focusing on mastering essential cooking skills. Throughout the week, students sharpen their knife skills as they prepare ingredients for dishes like Moroccan vegetable tagine and Brazilian marinated chicken skewers. They will learn the art of roasting and dive into the science of cooking to uncover the secrets behind handmade pasta. Recognize the cultural significance of food while honing your essential cooking techniques.
