Description
Ages 8-12 In this weeklong camp, kids will get a chance to take their tastebuds on a road trip by exploring cuisines from all over the United States. From Pacific Northwest classics like Smoked Salmon Chowder to Southwestern favorites like Enchiladas and Elote Salad to Northeast Diner staples like Ice Cream Sundaes - campers will learn techniques and skills that will empower them to take on whatever recipes they choose.

- Class information will be emailed one week before class. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don't receive the class information.
- Refund Policy: Commencing November 1, 2024, cooking class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by emailing PCC at Classes@pccmarkets.com.
