PCC Cooking Class Proposal

PCC is always accepting applications for new and interesting classes.

Instructors must submit a proposal for a specific class and should be willing to teach classes at each of our 8 PCC classroom locations over a 6-week period. All ingredients used in class must be available at PCC.

  • In-person class menus should have 3 to 4 items.
  • Scheduling

    Please indicate the days and times when you are available, a varied schedule including weeknights and weekends required.
  • Class Details

  • List three or four specific skills or techniques students will learn.
  • Please list proposed menu, keeping in mind seasonality. All ingredients must be available for purchase at PCC. Include a translation or description of the dish if applicable.
  • Dietary Notes

    Please complete these questions as accurately as possible. We use the following information to respond to customer questions and to promote your class on our website.
  • (free of animal proteins, gelatin, Worcestershire, fish sauce, cheese made with rennet, or other products sourced from dead animals)
  • (free of all animal products and byproducts including gelatin, Worcestershire, fish sauce, honey, etc.)
  • (free of all flours containing gluten, traditional soy sauce, etc.)
  • Our kitchens are stocked in keeping with a home kitchen. Does this class require any unusual equipment? If yes, what and why?
  • Instructor Bio

  • If this is your first class at PCC, please include a short bio about yourself, include information on education, work history, personal interests and why you like to teach.
