Description

Ages 10 to 12, kids only.

Dinner parties are truly an art — and it’s never too early to start! Students will learn to prepare for their parents all the elements of a cozy winter dinner party, complete with a flavorful main course, a fresh side salad and a seasonal dessert. Kids will practice essential kitchen skills including safe knife techniques, roasting, baking with a biscuit crust and crafting homemade caramel. Parents will join students at the end of class to enjoy their meal.

Dietary Notes

Vegetarian with dairy, eggs and optional meat.
