Description

Ages 8 to 12, with one adult.

Holiday baking creates lifelong memories. In this class, young bakers will get hands-on experience crafting gluten-free goodies using the stovetop, food processor and oven. They’ll learn how to caramelize sugar, make dough and more to put together a satisfying, allergy-friendly, holiday dessert spread.

Dietary Notes:Vegetarian; no dairy, eggs or gluten. PCC classrooms are not gluten-free facilities.
