Join fellow members in a cooking class taught by nutritionist Michelle Babb, author of the cookbook Mastering Mindful Eating. Michelle will guide students through the art of creating delicious and nutritious plant-based meals, highlighting her expertise in anti-inflammatory eating. You’ll leave with the skills to create meals that are good for you and gentle on our planet.
